Saffron Focal Point is a color study in acrylics. This painting draws the eye with its interplay of bold, asymmetric elements. Three yellow circles overlap, creating a layered composition that suggests motion and focus. The innermost circle, the solid saffron yellow, contrasts with the translucent quality of the outer circles, which almost melts into the deep navy background. The rich hues and dynamic arrangement are inspired by saffron’s earthy tones, evoking a sense of luxury, depth and a quiet energy.

My goal for this piece was to balance vibrancy with calm, and create a minimalist and yet striking design that feels both contemporary and contemplative.
